These turned out delicious, but shrink while baking. Didn't know the cut size would be enough for just 1 person although online, it was mentioned 500gm would serve 2 people. It shrank so much, we had to order in after
Great quatily meat
Absolutely fantastic. First of all the packaging was on point and the short ribs had really good marbling (which surprised me alot). I cooked the short ribs and they were absolutely tender either grilling, braising or slow cooking. Equal amounts of fat and meat constructed it to be one of the juiciest bites ever. Definitely recommend buying it..
