Ingredients: Fresh Chicken breast, Garlic powder, Onion Powder, White Pepper, Salt and Ginger powder

Spicy Chicken Ball Skewers with Tangy Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:
- 12 local seasoned chicken balls
- 1 red bell pepper, chunks
- 1 green bell pepper, chunks
- 1 red onion, chunks
- Wooden skewers

Tangy Dipping Sauce:
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- Chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions:
1. Thread chicken balls and veggies onto skewers.
2. Grill skewers for 8-10 mins.
3. Mix sauce ingredients.
4. Serve skewers with sauce.
5. Garnish with cilantro. Enjoy!
