We have these 500gm packets of fresh kibbeh nayyeh or 'raw kibbeh' is one of Lebanon's most famous delicacies. It relies on extremely fresh lean meat.

Ingredients: Low-fat lamb, salt, black pepper, Bulgur wheat, cumin powder, pomegranate molasses, sumac powder, and olive oil.
